Kanematsu Futuretech Solutions promotes FRED (High Speed ​​Diode) manufactured by Taiwan Semiconductor Co., Ltd.

This product lowers reverse leakage and increase efficiency by soft reverse recovery, and reduces RFI（Radio Frequency Interference）/ EMI（Electro Magnetic Interference）noise. This product matches in-vehicle applications since it is AEC-Q101 compliant.
