Etron’s Dynamic Random Access Memories (DRAMs) – are suitable for a broad portfolio of 3C (Computer Peripheral, Communication, and Consumer) products which requires high bandwidth or low-power consumption. Etron’s high-standard specialty buffer memory has the most complete SDR / DDRx (DDR1, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, and DDR4) capacities and solutions. 16Mb, 32Mb, 64Mb, 128Mb, 256Mb, 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb, and 8G are all readily available.
Long-term product support is key to the consideration of industrial or automotive applications. Etron’s Industrial and Automotive DRAMs provide benefits of continuity of supply, long-term reliability, wide temperature range operation, low power, and small form factors.
Etron’s Automotive DRAMs are AEC-Q100 and IATF 16949 compliant which ensures high quality and reliability in harsh environments.
Etron Tech is also the pioneer and leader of KGDM (Known Good Dice Memories) – the bare-die memory. According to recent statistics, the cumulative sales of KGDM bare die has reached 2.5 million. After reaching this astounding feat, Etron is awarded the Preferred Quality Supplier (PQS) Award by Intel.
The world’s first Reduced Pin Count (RPC) DRAM released by Etron has a small footprint, low cost, and low power consumption to minimize bandwidth requirements between devices and servers, especially for AI edge applications such as edge cameras and computers.
